1. All swings are shipped in discreet plain boxes via UPS (95%) or USPS (5%). Different products will ship from different locations, but they will all have generic names on the return label for example XR LLC, or CoreLevel LLC
2. Some brands ship without packaging. This is important because if someone is around when you open a box, your box opens in the mail or your kids get ahold of it, some packaging does have graphic images, these include but are not limited to Fetish, TLC & XR brand, OUCH, Whipsmart, PipeDream, ect. All items sold by Madam Ang, Screamer, Wild Side, and Dick’n Jane as well as the leather slings from Strict Leather and the Stockroom ship with no graphic packaging and all instructions are located on line.
3. All orders from Sex Swing Outlet will show on your Credit Cart Statement as CoreLevel LLC and be processed through a secure merchant gateway.
4. We will send you an email confirming your order, one sending your tracking number (normally within 24-48 hours) and a follow up email for product reviews.
5. Due to the nature of the items we sell all sales are final once they leave our wearhouse. Please make sure your item is what you want. We have a lot of reviews with honest feedback to help you pick the very best swings. As we are sure you would agree, we can not “resell” returned items, you wouldn’t want to get a “returned item”, even if it was “never used”, ewwww. 6. We are committed to quality and in the event of manufacturer defect will replace or exchange the item with no addition costs to your for anything including shipping.
